One of the things Grace tries to do these days is put everything in her mouth. She’s still learning to get her hands onto things, but when she does, be assured that she’ll do everything she can to put those things into her mouth. She is figuring out how to use her hands, and the hand-to-mouth action is a good way to do that. Additionally, the little baby is developing her understanding of the world around her, and what something feels like and tastes like in her mouth gives her a better understanding for that that thing is. I don’t know exactly what Daddy’s hand tastes like, but apparently it taste’s good too when I’m holding her.
