My fourteen-month-old wanted to play outside this afternoon, so we went outside for a few minutes while she enjoyed the feel of the grass on her bare feet. The question is, when she wants to go outside tomorrow while hurricane Gustav is storming (it’s already started raining), who will win?

We expect to be perfectly fine, as the worst thing that will likely happen is we will lose power for several days, forcing us to eat canned chicken, ramen noodles, and lots of pudding. Please keep us and all of our neighbors here in South Louisiana in your prayers!
