About Jonathan

I am a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA. Nothing is more important to me than to walk humbly with my God. After that comes my awesome family, including my beautiful wife, who is only a couple years older than me, and with whom I have three beautiful children.

My full-time job is as a developer (primarily .NET, JavaScript, BizTalk) and the interoperability lead for the leading home health provider in the United States. On the side, I do programming, web development, and design (see schellack.net for more).

Hopefully you’ll get a better idea of what I’m like by actually reading my posts, though. If you’d like to see an archive of posts and pages on my blog, check out the Site Map, which sorts everything by the last modified date.

Twitter is one of the best ways to contact me: @schellack

If you’d prefer, email also works (jonathan @ this web site domain name).

You can also find me on Facebook, LinkedIn, and App.net.

Disclaimer: Any links from this site (or from my twitter account) to Amazon.com use an affiliate ID in the link to identify to Amazon that the visitor came from my web site. If you purchase something from Amazon.com after following a link from my site, then they credit me something like 3-6% of the amount paid (for the purchased item(s) only). This is the only method I use to attempt to pay for the cost associate with hosting this web site. Thus far I have never actually been able to do so, so please feel free to do your holiday shopping via my site ;-).

  1. Jonathan,

I’m a friend of Ben’s from Vandy, and I found your blog from his….

I really like the ‘search the Bible’ input on the left (but there is a typo in the title…), so I ripped it off for my new blog (tylerandali.com/blog). Hope you don’t mind. I’ll give you credit in a post when I get some time to write it.

    That’s about it.
